These objective have been document in a continual Improvement plan CIP.

The objective are discussed in periodic management review meetings and subsequently evaluated for showing real improvement in the system.

REVIEW OF REQUIREMENT RELATED TO A PRODUCT:

  1. Management reviews al requirements of the customer prior to the commitment to supply services. The review includes assurance of the following:

    1. System requirements are defined and understood.
    2. The requirements received through verbal means are confirm before acceptance
    3. Ambiguity or differences will be resolved effectively.
    4. Organization has the ability of fulfill the defined requirements.

    Managements records these reviews and subsequent follow-up actions and communicates to all concerned. In case of amendments, records are updated and procedure is followed.

     

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

  1. Management establishes channels for communication within the organization and externally with customer relating to:

    1. Product information.
    2. Inquires, Contracts Tenders including amendments.
    3. Customer feedback and complaints.

We fabricate post Fence, Gate Fence, Grating Serrated, Fencing Chain Link, pipe Cellar, M.S Pipes & Special Geysers etc when and where required. We have in house facilities to fabricate post Fence, Gate Fence, And Grating Serrated.

Insulation:

Thermopore insulations, Thermo pluse insulation, Foil Threaded Tape, Aluminum Foil Tapes, Canvas Cloth for insulation, Glue & Bond etc. We also have facilities to install False Ceiling, Window Blinds, Vinyl Flooring, Carpets and related fixings.

Abrasive Products:

Grinding Wheels, Emery paper, Waterproof paper, Grinding & Cutting Disc, Paper Discs, Flap Wheels G.P Disc etc. Brands: GWP, Flexovit (Holland), pferd, Rasta (Switzerland), Dewalt (Germany).

Bearing & Belting:

All types of Bearing & Belting & Beltings.
